Shipping policy
Fulfillment Partner
All orders are fulfilled and shipped via Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Items are made to order and are not pre-stocked.
Production Time
Orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the product type. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows after fulfillment:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and order type. Carrier selection is determined by Printful at time of fulfillment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We have no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at booking@thisfrontierneedsheroes.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable) and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
